Mangano Partners with Local Hospitals to Address Hurricane Sandy Health Concerns

Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano and Health Commissioner Dr. Lawrence Eisenstein today announced a partnership with North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health Systems Department of Population Health and the Occupational and Environmental Medicine Center, Winthrop University Hospital Department of Occupational Health and Nassau University Medical Department of Occupational Health. These three hospitals have occupational health divisions which have expertise to field questions and concerns from residents regarding potential health problems associated with Hurricane Sandy.
